Simon is a former British Army officer and senior leader in UK education, where he held executive roles in top schools. He later founded CyBur, a cybersecurity company,bringing real-world experience in cyber risk, threat intelligence, and safeguarding. His background spans compliance, governance, risk, and leadership - shaped by service, sharpened in schools, and now applied to AI-driven safer recruitment.

Sean served as an Officer in the British Army before becoming an entrepreneur founding and scaling businesses in cybersecurity and international development. The first was TorchlightGroup (now TAG International), a Fasttrack 100 and a FT 1000 company. Then CybSafe, an industry-leading behavioral risk platform dedicated to helping organizations measure and reduce human cyber risk. Sean is also a thought leader in long term sustainability of independent schools.

Numan is Safehire’s CTO bringing 8 years of experience in Tech. He specialises in Software development and is passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and tech.

James is a healthcare and workforce technology leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across health, social care, and recruitment. He is the former Founder and CEO and now works as an investor, chair, and advisor to companies across healthcare, workforce tech, and social care.

Sam is a finance, risk, and governance adviser with nearly 30 years of experience across the education and charity sectors. She has worked extensively with independent schools, multi academy trusts, and charities, and currently hold several trustee and board positions across the sector.

Gavin is an Intelligence Analyst, bringing a strong background as a former Military Intelligence professional. He specialises in intelligence analysis and data interpretation, using his disciplined, analytical approach to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights that support effective, evidence-based decision making.

Andrew is Safehire’s Intelligence Advisor bringing 27 years of experience in analysis. He specialises in Open Source Intelligence and is passionate about innovation.

Tshediso “Teddy” Khuzwayo supports our South African market expansion, with a focus on financial services, operational risk, and strategic partnerships. A former senior banking operations leader, Teddy helps Safehire navigate relationship-led opportunities, understand sector-specific risk challenges, and connect with senior stakeholders in banking and regulated markets.

Nino is Safehire’s AI and Systems Enablement Partner, focused on building operational systems and layering practical AI-enabled workflows while strengthening the team’s AI literacy. With a software engineering and CTO background, Nino is known for helping teams move faster by bridging people, systems, and AI.

Byron is the GTM Lead at Safehire.ai. He has a background in content and go-to-market strategy, working with founders and B2B companies across fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging tech to help grow their visibility, positioning, and distribution.

Claire is Safehire’s Business Enablement Manager, bringing 9 years of experience within the Education sector supporting leadership teams and 17 years experience within the Royal Air Force as an analyst. She specialises in administration, operations and project management and is passionate about Safeguarding children and the vulnerable.  

Jermaine is Safehire’s Head of Growth, focused on building scalable go-to-market systems and driving revenue growth. He joined the team from a sales and GTM engineering background, and is known for combining sales experience with AI-driven automation to accelerate pipeline generation.
